Catherine Deloris Laneville

Catherine Laneville, 91, of New London, died Thursday, January 3, 2013 at the New London Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, with Rev. Stephen Meyer , celebrant. Burial will be in the Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be at the Foster Funeral and Cremation Center from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Sunday and prior to the Mass on Monday at the church. Recitation of the Rosary will be at 6:45 p.m. Sunday. Catherine Deloris Christeson, daughter of Andrew and Frances Dundon Christeson, was born October 3, 1921 at Webster City. She received her education in the Webster City school system, graduating from Lincoln High. She attended Iowa Teachers College at Cedar Falls and taught in rural schools in the Webster City area. On May 9, 1946, she married Warren Edward Laneville at Webster City. The couple resided at LeMars. In 1956, they moved to Iowa Falls. Catherine was a homemaker. Warren died on January 22, 2004.
