Velma Maxine White

Dateline: Lovilia Velma Maxine Stone White, age 97, currently residing at the Monroe Care Center, Albia, IA passed away Friday, February 1, 2013 at the Monroe County Hospital in Albia under the care of Monroe County Hospice. She was born October 21, 1915 in Marion, IA to Floyd and Etta (Dixon) Stone. She married Phillip H. White, from Hiteman, IA on December 13, 1958. After retirement, they moved to Lovilia. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Phil and three children, George Malik, Jim Osborne and Tom Osborne. She is survived by her grandchildren, nieces, nephews and many friends. Graveside Services will be held on Tuesday February 5, 2013 at 2:30 pm at Osborn Cemetery near Lovilia with Pastor Rick Smith officiating. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, 1:00-2:00 pm at the Sinnott Pierschbacher Funeral Home in Lovilia.
