ject manager in the Information Knowledge Center. Tracy turned 50 last October and had a big surprise party in Eldgridge for him. He had a dry sense of humor and quiet mannerism about him. Tracy was very knowledgeable and loved to talk. He always had a position on any topic of conversation. He loved sports, especially watching NFL football games and UNI Panther teams. He enjoyed playing golf, trips to Paris and Vegas and spending time with his nieces, nephews, and his girlfriend Anna and family. Tracy loved anything that was John Deere and was very proud to be a part of the John Deere team. He was a member of the Crystal Lake United Methodist Church, lifetime member of the UNI Alumni Association, John Deere Golf League member and a condo board member. Tracy is survived by his mother, Karen Kerr of Waterloo; his long-time girlfriend, Anna Gingery of Davenport; a brother, Bruce (Marcia) Kluver of Crystal Lake; a sister, Toni (Carl) Eckenrod of Mason City; a sister-in-law, Victoria Kluver of St. Louis, MO; nieces and nephews, Brett (Heather) Kluver and their daughter, Aubrey, Amber Kluver (fiancé, Brandon Heimer), Logan and Carson Williams and Ashley, Amber and Jason Kluver; step nieces and nephew, Alexandria, Carlie and Austin Eckenrod; two aunts, Eleanor Kluver of Crystal Lake and Glenys (Dale) Bird of Florida; two uncles, Morris Kluver of Forest City and Buster (Marlene) Brown of Clarion; and many other relatives. He was preceded in death by his father, Merle; and brother, Kevin.
