Geri Krause
July 12, 1955 - March 13, 2013

Geri Krause, of Bryant, died Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at Langlade Hospital. She was 57 years old. She was born on July 12, 1955 in St. Paul, Minnesota a daughter of Patrick and Fay (Rudenick) Valento. She married Allen Krause on April 5, 1996 in Las Vegas, Nevada. He survives.

She was raised in Little Canada Minnesota and graduated from Kellogg High School in St. Paul.

She worked for Micro Component Technologies in Roseville, Minnesota building circuit boards. She owned and operated a bar in Cameron for several years prior to moving to Antigo in the early 1990's.

Mrs. Krause cooked at the Langlade County Safety building, worked at Worden Traditional Neon and Wal-Mart in Antigo.

She was the recipient of a kidney transplant in 2001.

Her love of animals was always on display as she adopted many pets from the Langlade County Humane Society.

Survivors including her husband, are a daughter Brenda Andersen, New Richmond; three grandchildren Breanna, Brady and Hanna Andersen; two sisters Gloria (Bob) Jameson and Gail Goulet all of St. Paul.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday at 3:30 p.m. at the Bradley Funeral Home with Rev. Jeremiah Worman officiating.

Visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until the time of services on Saturday.
