"Marilyn, so sorry to see you leave this earth at such an early time. you are no longer in pain, and are resting in the arms of god. As I was told you had a favorite song, "its my party", and you my friend lived your life as you wanted. You will be missed by those who knew you and those who did not, that is a shame. God be with you, Peggy Bunn Renfro and Bill Day"

"My deepest sympathies to the entire family. I worked with Marilyn at Walmart and my brother Ray used to work with her too some years ago. She was a good and hard worker and has been and will be missed. We all enjoyed her stories of her home life, she so loved her granddaughter and just thought the sun rose and set in her great-grandson Owen. She was always talking about him and some cute little thing he said or did. Having them living with her was a real joy in her life. "
