Laconia Vanessa Selby

Laconia Vanessa (Myles) Selby, born on June 3, 1968 to Glenda Darnell Myles and Gary O'Neal Laudry, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes at her home in Ames on May 11, 2013.
She is survived by her mother, the father of her children, Robert James Selby, her three children; Christina Darnell Selby, Kyle Isiah Selby, and Aaliyah Sierra Selby, one brother, Laron Christopher Myles, one sister, Layvonne Vanessa Myles and one sister-in-law, Gwendolyn King Myles. She is also survived by two nieces; Lakeisha Beatrice and Sidney Nicole Myles, two uncles; Aaron Douglas and Robert Byron Hendrix.
She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Vera Beatrice Lewis, a grandfather, Glenn Tanner, and one step-father, Elbert Lee Shine.
A memorial fund will be set up at First National Bank for her surviving children or donations can be dropped off at the Tip Top.
