Lois Moss
February 16, 1927 - November 2, 2013

Lois Moss, of Antigo, died Saturday, November 2, 2013 at St. Joseph's Hospital in Marshfield. She was 86 years old. She was born on February 16, 1927 in Antigo, a daughter of the late Joseph and Alice (Brose) Fara. She married Richard Moss on January 24, 1948 at Wausau. He preceded her in death on January 20, 1985.

She was a graduate of Wausau High School.

She owned and operated along with her husband the Antigo Yellow Awning Fashion Center retiring in 1984.

She enjoyed being outdoors working in her yard, gardening and spending time with her grandchildren on special occasions.

Survivors include 2 daughters, Lisa (Randy) Kuivinen of Antigo, and Julie Weber of Green Bay; 5 grandchildren, Krista (Nolan) Mitchell of Richfield, MN, Cory Kuivinen of Schofield, Lacey Kuivinen(fiancé Danny Chipman) of Greenfield, Ryan Weber of Green Bay and Lindsey Weber of Green Bay; and a sister, Lorraine (Ralph) Strandberg of Pewaukee.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. at St. John Catholic Church, Antigo with Rev. David Schmidt officiating. Burial will take place in Elmwood Cemetery. Visitation will be 4 to 7 p.m. on Tuesday and 9 to 10 a.m. on Wednesday at the Bradley Funeral Home. A parish wake service will be held at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
