Anthony "Tony" Michael Yeoman, 23, of Pooler, GA passed away March 18, 2014 in Savannah, GA. He was born August 29, 1990 in Hollywood, FL to his loving parents Chris and Renee Yeoman.
Tony was the most amazing son, grandson, brother, nephew, boyfriend and friend anyone could ever ask for. He has touched so many lives in his short 23 years. If Tony never made you laugh, then you obviously never met him. He knew humor was the best way to get through life and it showed.
Since Tony could talk, we all knew his love for the outdoors, fishing, boating, etc. but his true passion was for anything that flies, which is why Tony chose to serve his country in the United States Coast Guard.
Tony has always been a hero to all who knew him, and now even in his passing he has continued to be a hero in giving the "Gift of Life" to nine people.
Preceded in death by his great grandparents; Tom Looper, Virginia Anderson & Irene Critchett, he is survived by his loving parents; Renee Yeoman and Chris Yeoman, brother; Nicholas Yeoman, sister; Kira Hopkins, grandparents; Lenny & Debbie Yeoman and Irene Grossman, the love of his life; Sarah Bennett, aunt and uncle; Ginny & Hank Maierhoffer, cousins; Lauren Amason & Jessica Maierhoffer, and his loving family; Leslie Ruiz, Melissa Ruiz & Michelle Ruiz and his Coast Guard Brotherhood.
In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to a trust account arranged for his fiance Sarah Bennett @ JP Morgan Chase Bank acct# 4951910160.

"You have my deepest sympathy and empathy in you loss. During such a time I was greatly encouraged by a promise I found in the Bible at Revelation 21:3, 4 where a time will come when we will not experience the suffering that come from this type of tragedy. With this thought in mind I invite you to visit www.jw.org, there you will find more information on Gods promise of the resurrection.

" I'm so sorry for your loss. Please accept my deepest sympathy. May you find comfort from your memories, as well as God's word the bible. Why do people we love die? Romans 5:12 says: "That is why, just as through one man (Adam) sin entered into the world and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men because they had all sinned." How loving of God to promise what is found at Revelation 21:4 which says, "And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away."

Some of our son's friends posted his loss on Face Book and we wanted you to know how sorry we are for your entire family. It is the worst feeling losing a child. May God give you comfort."

"I only knew Tony as a little boy coming in to the office, playing with a lot of energy, Always close to his parents. I attended todays service and heard so much love, so much admiration, respect and adoration. People spoke in a way that one could truly get the feel of who Tony is. All I heard was love, great love, and I take away from it, Tony's message, "Just In Case.....I love you:" My heart is aching tonight for Chris, Renee, Nicholas, Sara and family. Your son lives on in many peoples hearts and lives. That is for sure.."

I hope you can find some comfort in the fact that what ever your son's mission was on earth it has come to a close. His on sortie with God and the angels now being ever vigilant only now he is watching over his family and friends. May God bless you and ease your pain.

"I had the distinct honor of serving with your son overseas. He was a driven young man with an infectious smile that brought joy to those who knew him. I remember coming back from long patrols, he would come onboard, always greeting us with a big smile and asking how it was. In a place so far from family it was nice to have a friend and shipmate like him. My thoughts are with you your family and friends. Take care and know he was and will forever be your son and a gardian. "

"Chris & Family,
You know our hearts go out to you and that unfortunately we have felt the same feelings that you feel now, with the loss of our son 4 months ago. The loss of a child, is an indescribable pain that no one can understand unless they've been there. I am so sorry that you have lost such a wonderful son. It doesn't feel right to have to bury our own children.
Just remember my brother, that I always be there, if you need someone to talk to; or to "Drink a Beer" in his honor. Also, keep in mind that he will always be with you, with his spirit flying high and keeping the horizon level, he will be cherished forever and never forgotten.
I hope that you are able to find the strength from God and those that are around you, to help you through this anguishing time. RIP Tony Yeoman. "

"My heart ached when I heard of Tony's passing. I have known Tony's father for many years, a good man and a good friend.
Having never had the honor of meeting Tony personally, it appears that same high level of integrity and personality shown through in him.
You could hear Chris' voice fill with pride when talking about Tony and his USCG service.
As a former Coastie, my heart goes out to Chris and the Yeoman family, Tony's fiancé, and Tony's extended USCG family. You may leave this earth, but you will be remembered forever in the hearts and souls of those with which you served.
Matthew 25:23:
"His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will set thee over many things; enter thou into the joy of thy lord."
You have served well Tony.
Rest In Peace with the Lord
