Leon Servi
October 19, 1929 - May 3, 2014

Leon Servi, of Antigo, died Saturday, May 3, 2014 at Eastview under the care of his family and LeRoyer Hospice. He was 84 years old. He was born on October 19, 1929 in the town of Harrison, Marathon County, a son of George and Mary (Jossie) Servi.

He was raised in the town of Harrison and was a member of St. John Catholic Church. Mr. Servi was employed at Kretz Lumber for 23 years retiring in 1988.

He enjoyed activities through the Langlade County Health Care Center, biking, playing guitar, singing, gardening and trout fishing.

Survivors include two sisters, Marjorie Fischer of Appleton, Luella Adamski of Antigo; many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

He was preceded in death by four sisters Hilda Wolter, Laneh Servi, Louise Halambeck, Mary Ann Kekula; five brothers Bernard, George Jr., Alvin, Fred and Clarence Servi.

A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday at 11 a.m. at St. John Catholic Church with Rev. Charles Hoffmann officiating. Burial will take place in Queen of Peace Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to services on Tuesday in Hoffmann Hall at the church.
