Jean Teall
May 20, 1929 - June 6, 2014

Jean L. Teall, of Antigo, died Friday, June 6, 2014 at Homme Home of Wittenberg. She was 85 years old. She was born on May 20, 1929 in Antigo, a daughter of the late Orbin and Mary (Svaton) Hatton. She was raised by her grandparents Charles and Nancy (Kidd) Hatton. She married Arthur Mikelson, the couple later divorced. She then married George "Bill" Teall, the couple later divorced.

Mrs. Teall was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She worked at the Cutlass Motor Lodge as a housekeeper for 13 years and was also a homemaker.

Survivors include a daughter, Barbara Loomis of Prairie Du Chien; three sons, Glen (Karen) Mikelson of Fond du Lac, Roger (Barbara) Mikelson of Antigo and Joe Mikelson of Mosinee; a brother, Orbin (Freda) Hatton Jr. of Palmer, Alaska; grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins; caregiver and friend, Dorothy Richling and lifelong friend, Jenny Brown, both of Antigo.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son, Timothy Mikelson and also a granddaughter and a nephew.

A private burial will take place at the Bent Cemetery in Bryant.
