Jody L. "Joe" Marks, of Antigo, died Monday, June 16, 2014 at his home. He was 55 years old. He was born on November 29, 1958 in Waukesha, WI a son of the late Ervin Marks and Vera (Rabideau) Wagner. He married Jodi Bong on June 5, 2014 in Antigo.
He was employed at Kolbe Windows and Doors as a coordinator in Wausau for 25 years.
Joe was an outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, ATV riding and watching NASCAR.
In addition to his wife, survivors include a daughter, Tina Marks; a step-daughter, Amanda Flores of Waupaca; two step-granddaughters, Kayla Flores and Aliyah Vaughan; father-in-law, Richard Bong of Mosinee; mother-in-law, Margaret Bong of Merrill; brother, Terry (Joy) Marks; two sisters, Debbie (Dick) Kuske and Maureen (Bob) Deering; two brothers-in-law, Richard Bong and Matthew Gauerke. He is further survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Dennis C. Marks and a sister, Christine Goodman.
A celebration of Joe's life will be held on Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Bradley Funeral Home.
