Patricia Lynett
July 20, 1935 - August 2, 2014

Patricia Lynett, of Antigo, died Saturday, August 2, 2014 at home under the care of LeRoyer Hospice and her sister Sr. Rose Helene. She was 79 years old. She was born on July 20, 1935 in Portage, a daughter of Harry and Irene (Waite) Miller. She married Russell Lynett on July 20, 1957 at St. John Catholic Church in Antigo. He preceded her in death on March 8, 2014.

She attended grade school in Milwaukee and graduated from Antigo High School with the class of 1954.

After marriage she worked at Briggs and Stratton in Milwaukee for three years. The family returned to Antigo in 1961 where she was a homemaker and raised her five children. Mrs. Lynett worked in food service for many years, first at St. John Catholic Grade School followed by the Unified School District of Antigo.

She enjoyed bird hunting with her husband, walks in the city park, picking berries, riding bike, bowling and shooting pool.

Survivors include three daughters, Catherine Turner of Ocoee, Florida, Colleen Richardson of DePere, Kelly Williams of Buffalo, Minnesota; two sons, Patrick Lynett of Eau Claire, Robert Lynett of DePere; eight grandchildren Aaron and Molly Lynett, Jordan and Riley Turner, Matthew and Ashley Richardson, Reese and Kieran Williams; two sisters, Sr. Rose Helene Miller of Milwaukee, Kaye Miller of Clarksville Tennessee; a brother, Robert Miller of Wind Lake.

In addition to her husband and parents she was preceded in death by two sisters, Margaret Tock and Helen Pilecky; two brothers Harley and William Miller.

A funeral Mass will be held on Friday at 10:30 a.m. at St. John Catholic Church with Rev. Charles Hoffmann officiating. Visitation will be 9:30 a.m. until the time of Mass on Friday in Hoffmann Hall at St. John Catholic.

She loved her children and grandchildren and her friend Chris Centner. She will be missed by family and friends.
