"I am very sorry to learn of Rob's passing. We served together with the 512th MP Company in 82-83. He was a good MP who worked very hard to do the right thing. On a personal note, Rob was very funny and always could be counted on to add a quick witted remark. We spent a lot of time off duty together. I am sorry I lost touch with him and we lost him way too young. Rest In Peace. "
