"My grandmother was a happy, nice woman, who always enjoyed company of her family and friends wherever she was. Although I loved her very much, I am glad she is in a better place where she no longer has to suffer. I am happy I was able to see her on one of her best days near the end. I love her very much, but I am glad I did not have to see her di. It would just break my heart even more. I loved her and look forward to attending her funeral."

"We each purchased our first desktop computer on the same day together. Mine was replaced a few years later with a newer one, hers remained in use until about a year ago when it would no longer work. I tried to convince her to get an iPad to replace it, but she insisted we bring her typewriter upstairs from the basement to use in it's place. I have been influenced by her daily crossword puzzle solving, her wonderful baking & candy making, and her travels across the country. She always sent me a postcard from every place to traveled to. She was social and stayed connected. She went to her high school reunion every year! She was a fantastic bowler; served on the Milwaukee Women's Bowling Association Board of Directors; was in their Hall of Fame and was a Wisconsin Women's 500 Bowling Club Life Member. I admire her positive attitude despite everything life threw her way. She was wonderfully married for 66 years and shared her advice on marriage with Ryan & I. We will miss you so much Grandma. Love you sweetie."

"To John, Jim and your dad: So sorry to hear of your loss. Many fond memories of pool in the basement on 87th Street, Marshall Tucker band, flying eggs, running for our lives, crazy car rides, Romeo and Juliet (busted), sand for icy streets for Jim's elementary softball team I coached and many more. Your mom was always there to welcome me into your house. God bless you all, with prayers and positive memories."
