June 11, 1954 - January 28, 2015

Sun Prairie - Stephen W. Kreger Sr., age 60, passed away on Wednesday, January 28, 2015 at his home in Sun Prairie. He was born on June 11, 1954 in Madison, the son of Victor and Elaine (Vernig) Kreger. Stephen was united in marriage to Sharon Femrite on October 3, 1975 in Sun Prairie. He enjoyed gardening and spending time with his grandson.

He is survived by his wife, Sharon Kreger; a son, Stephen (Fiancée Ashley Kelley) Kreger Jr.; grandson, Hunter Kreger; brothers, Leroy, Calvin, Eugene, Brian (Deb) and Richard Kreger; sister, Virginia (Bob) Keller; many nieces, nephew, other relatives and friends.

Stephen was preceded in death by his parents and an infant sister, Catherine.

A memorial gathering will be held at CRESS FUNERAL HOME, 1310 Emerald Terrace, Sun Prairie, on Monday, February 2, 2015 from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the family.
