Helen Stieber
February 15, 1930 - January 28, 2015

Helen Mae Stieber, of Clearwater, Florida, died Wednesday, January 28, 2015, in Morton Plant Hospital. She was born in 1930 in Dancy, Wisconsin. One of 13 children, Helen was a daughter of the late George and Mary(Karnofsky)Morrill.

She married Elroy Stieber on January 26, 1974. Together they enjoyed a full and loving life until his death in 2006.

Mrs. Stieber worked for many years in food service culminating in becoming manager at the Fanny Farmer Candy Store in Wausau for over fifteen years. She also worked at Wausau Hospital.
Helen was a member of St. Wencel Catholic Church in Neva where she made many friends. She enjoyed vegetable and flower gardening,reading and travel. She had a wonderful sense of humor and a great love for family.

In addition to her husband, Elroy Stieber, she was preceded in death by her parents, eight brothers and three sisters.

Survivors include a son, Richard (Debra) Miller of West Bend, Wisconsin, two daughters, Ruth (Don) James of Kronenwetter and Gale (John) Price of Clearwater, FL; step children, Joseph (Terry) Stieber of Connecticut, Daniel (Terisa) Stieber of Sturgeon Bay, Tom Stieber of Wausau and Melissa (Scott) Litzer of Chaska, MN; a sister, Elaine Beck of Fond du Lac; 14 grandchildren and 25 great grandchildren.

Visitation and a memorial service are planned for Saturday, May 9 at St. Wencel Catholic Church in Neva, WI. Visitation will begin at 9:30 am with services at 10:30 am. Deacon Andy Bures will officiate. Burial is scheduled for Monday, May 11 at 10:30 am at St.Paul Catholic Cemetery in Mosinee.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the charity of your choice.
