Mark Hayward passed away of natural causes in his home on Saturday, August 21st, 2010. Mark was born in Kirkland, Washington, and has lived all his life in the area except his college days in Central Washington. He graduated and taught at Lake Washington School District for 31 years.
Mark was very proud of being 3rd generation Kirkland-born. Many who knew him heard this statement. He may be gone, but he is not forgotten - He will be loved forever in the hearts of his children Alex and Steve, their mother Maureen, Mark's mother Yvonne, his sisters Kathleen, Irene, Lorri, Lorraine, along with many nieces, nephews, and friends.
Mark will be remembered for being a devoted father, loving son, an avid sports fan with a wide circle of friends. We all enjoyed his humor.
Preceded in death by father Richard Leo Hayward, whom Mark loved dearly.
