Kenneth M. Lewis was born on October 1, 1964 in Seattle, Washington. He passed away on July 14, 2011 in Shoreline, Washington. Ken is survived by his mother Dianne Nicholson, his sisters Kerri Sanders, Trina Nicholson, and Debbie Darlington, as well as nieces and nephews. He will be dearly missed.
