"Suzy and Mia, I love the life you both lead and I love the strong women God is sculpting you into with every obstacle he gives. Sadly enough it is the unexpected that happens. The Uncle Randy I knew is missed deeply, he was so fun-loving and energetic it was contagious! I will personally remember being with Caleb and Randy also learning to hit a soccer ball with my noggin, as well as forgetting the mortar tube that New Years Eve, Santa coming on Christmas, soccer games in New Mexico and taking Shasta and keesha on plenty of walks. I've learned life is something to be treasured and fully experienced as best we can and all the time. I know both of you Suzy and Mia get to do that with all the love of our father in Heaven filling you up daily."

"Dear Suzy and Mia, We know this is a hard time for you. We are praying daily that God will give you the peace, strength and comfort that only He can give. Poppa enjoyed the games that Randy made possible for him to attend and the razzing they gave each other about the Ducks and Huskies. Randy can rest in peace knowing that Pappa roots for the Huskies except when they play the Ducks. Nana enjoyed Randy's quick wit and playfulness. It was a game to see if she could cook something that Randy would enjoy. Picnics at the park and rides on the boat were wonderful times. You both have good memories, we know, and these will be what lingers. God will uphold you and see you through the days ahead. We love you, Pappa and Nana "

"I love you Mia and Aunt Suzie, and cannot wait to come visit you both agian. Uncle Randy, you taught me how to head butt a soccer ball, even if it gives me a bloody nose. You had me stick up for myself and shake off the jeers while driving Mia's sweet little electric pink car and gave me one of the funnest New Years fireworks memories I'll have in my life! Even for not getting to see you for years, I love and miss you Uncle Randy, I look forward to seeing you again someday.Rest well, and may God bless you!"

"Randy you were a great friend to a young kid who had just moved here from the midwest. You let me play ball in your yard, you came to my basketball games and you made me love Husky football. I will never forget your generosity and kindness to me. May your family take comfort in knowing that you had an impact on my life. I pray for peace and comfort for all who knew you and mourn your loss..."
