Bobby L. Hughes was born to Patricia (née Campbell) and Bobby Lee Hughes, Sr. on May 5, 1956 in Midland, Texas. He passed away at home in Mukilteo, Washington on February 16, 2012. He is survived by his loving wife Connie Hughes, sons Brad Hughes and Michael Hughes, as well as many other family members and friends. He will be dearly missed.
