"Jan, was a long time friend. I am 1 in a group of 5 that would meet annually for a reunion. Jan, was a great example to us all how bravely she fought with courage this devestating cancer. She never complained she was always cheerful and had a positive attitude. She fully accepted this illness with her faith, family and friends. It was a privilege to have known her and we'll all miss and cherish our memories of our dear friend Jan. "

"Jan was a dear, dear friend of mine for over 20 years. She was part of our group of 5 friends who we called "musketeers" or "birthday group." We got together every year at least twice to visit and catch up. She was a very brave and beautiful person and will be missed very much."
