Arlita Elena Torres Paravecino was born to Marlene Paravecino and Gilberto Torres Prado in Lima, Peru on September 4, 1966. She passed away on April 20, 2012 in Kirkland, Washington. She is survived by her father Gilberto Torres Prado, as well as many other family members and friends. She will be dearly missed.
