Tatiana Vicotria Ceballos was born to Jennifer Delgado and Roberto Carlos Ceballos on January 6, 2009 in Yakima, Washington. She passed away on April 28, 2012 in Seattle, Washington. She is survived by her loving mother and father, as well as many other family members and friends. She will be dearly missed.
