Chad Austin Bolyard was born to Jodie Marie (Spencer) and Charles Eugene Bolyard on May 30, 1992 in Everett, Washington. He passed away on July 1, 2013 in Seattle, Washington. He is survived by his loving wife Robbin Hughes, and many other family members and friends. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
