Richard Lee Clough was born January 2, 1960 in Chanute, Kansas to Jean (Hutchinson) and Caleb Clough. He passed away August 6, 2013 in Issaquah, Washington. He is survived by his loving wife Robbin and many other family members and friends. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
