In loving memory of

Patricia Dee Ibuki
September 9, 1954 - October 23, 2013

Patricia Dee (Vogler) Ibuki was born, September 9, 1954 in Trenton, New Jersey to Caroline (Schnouder) Vogler and Martin Vogler (both deceased). She passed away on Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at Highline Medical Center Hospice in Des Moines, Washington after a long illness.

Patti graduated from Bordentown H.S. in NJ in 1971 and moved to Seattle, WA in 1972 with her parents and sister, Sandi.

Patti loved cooking, especially Asian cooking and grew her own herbs in her garden, she was an accomplished chef and was able to cook any ethnic delicious meals especially on her days off and even for camp outs with her family and friends (at the camp site her meals included appetizer and feast for a King and Queen and many others and especially for family & friends gatherings during our holiday dinners).

She was an avid book reader (one to two books a week) and enjoyed traveling to sunny areas like Arizona, Mexico and Hawaii and most of all going camping with the family & friends and her dogs, Ichi & Kazu (loved them like her kids), especially taking them to her favorite camping grounds in La Connor, WA..

She worked in the restaurant business her entire adult life and her customers missed her dearly when she retired early.

Loved her family and friends and lived with her beloved husband Fred and was devoted and helped raise her granddaughter, Chanel.

Survived by her brother, Gary Vogler & sister-in-law Susan of Pennington, NJ and her sister Sandi Faist & brother-in-law Christ of Kirlkand, WA., nieces Alexa and Danielle Faist and nephew, Michael Vogler and nieces Sarah Vogler and Erica Vogler and numerous cousins, nephews and nieces in New Jersey and grandson, Taiko Ibuki, nephews Matthew and Taylor Gustman and sister-in-law JoAnn Gustman and brother in-law, Yoshio Ibuki of Seattle, WA. and brother-in-law, Jack Ibuki of Mercer Island, WA..

A special thanks to her sister-in-law, JoAnn (Ibuki) Gustman for providing Patti with extra care during her illness.

Patti will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
