James Frank Miller was born on September 8, 1950 in Napa, California to Ethel (Vernie) and Robert Dale Miller. He passed away on October 28, 2013 in Bothell, Washington. He is survived by his loving wife Melba Miller, his daughters Christine Miller and Shasta Miller, as well as many other family members and friends. He will be dearly missed.
