Gregory Wood
April 12, 1966 - December 20, 2013

Gregory Scott Wood was born April 12, 1966 in Eureka, California. He passed away December 20, 2013 with his family by his side. He is survived by his parents, Don & Kathie Wood of Yakima, WA, Randy & Sharron Knopp of Moses Lake, WA; his brothers, Michael of Moses Lake, WA and Greg A. of Brooklyn, NY; and his children, Hunter and Natasha of Thompson Falls, MT.

He was known as an accomplished diesel engineer and for his ability to see what others could not when it came to engines. Greg (Woody) was in the U.S. Coast Guard stationed along the West Coast. After leaving the Coast Guard he worked for a variety of boating businesses, most recently, Kirby Offshore Marine located in Seattle. Working for Kirby was his dream come true. He always had wanted to work on tug boats. Woody made many associates and friends over the years. He will be missed by all who knew him.
