Russell Howard DeCory was born September 25, 1949 in Port Townsend, Washington to Alma (Graham) and Kermit DeCory. He passed away May 25, 2014 in Mercer Island, Washington. He is survived by his son Jeremy, sister Marlys and many other family members and friends. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
