Rodney Earl Shipp was born September 26, 1955 in Phoenix, Arizona to Viola Janettee (Hankins) and Frank Earl Shipp. He passed away November 28, 2014 in Maple Valley, Washington. Rodney is survived by his sister Melissa, brother Rick, brother Rory and many other family members and friends. He will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
