Brenda Lee Buettner-Severt
August 28, 1969 - April 22, 2015

Brenda Lee (Buettner)Severt, of White Lake, died Wednesday, April 22, 2015 at her home. She was 45 years old. She was born on August 28, 1969 in Antigo, a daughter of Alfred and Georgia (Buettner) Heistad.

She graduated from White Lake High School with the class of 1987. While in high school she was a cheerleader, sang in the choir and played clarinet in the school band. Brenda attended nursing school in Oshkosh and North Central Technical College in Wausau. She participated in nurses training programs at Langlade Hospital and Eastview Rehabilitation Center. Brenda provided in home health care in the Antigo area.

On February 14, 2003 she married Michael Severt. The couple later divorced.

She enjoyed music, dancing and her special dog Bambi.

Survivors including her parents are a sister, Karen (Tom) Butler, Wisconsin Dells; a brother, Kevin (Deb) Heistad, Aniwa; her former husband Michael and his son Zachery; she is further survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday at 11 a.m. at St. Matthew Lutheran Church, White Lake with Rev. Steven Vaudt officiating. Burial will take place in Wolf River Cemetery at Langlade. Visitation will be Saturday from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services at the church.

Bradley Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
