Reyes Hernandez Flores
January 6, 1983 - August 14, 2015

Reyes Hernandez Flores, of Birnamwood, died Friday, August 14, 2015 in a farming accident. He was 32 years old. He was born on January 6, 1983 in Mexico. He married Amber Mengel on August 16, 2014 in Birnamwood. She survives.

Reyes was guardian/father figure for his nephew and niece Andy and Chelsy Morales.

He was employed at Matsche Farms in Birnamwood for 15 years.

He enjoyed spending time outdoors: camping, hunting, fishing, ATV mudding, cooking out and spending time around the campfire with family.

Survivors in addition to his wife, nephew and niece are his mother Paula Flores of Mexico and father Ted Nenez of Bryant; three sisters and two brothers including Louise Ofalia Hernandez of Bryant; mother and father-in-law, Sarah and Shawn Young of Wausau; two sisters-in-law, Jaquelyn Mengel and Shyann Young of Wausau; a brother-in-law, Robbie Mengel of Medford.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday at 10 a.m. at Bradley Funeral Home with Rev. David Schmidt Pastor of St. John Catholic Church, Antigo officiating.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 5 - 7 p.m. at Bradley Funeral Home and Thursday from 9 a.m. until the time of services.
