"Grandpa, how could I ever forget us picking apples, or eating pistachios that painted out fingers red, you teaching me solitaire, and waking me up early to walk the dogs with you during summer visits. I wish i had had 1 more opportunity to see you, but the memories are forever. Please hug my dad for me. I love you forever -Emily"

"My favorite memory of Uncle Larry is him taking me driving for some behind the wheel hours while my own Dad was gone over the road truck driving. He was very patient with me and taught me what a California rolling stop was and never to do it. I still remember him saying that to me. He also grew delicious apples that he shared with all of his family. Rest in peace, Uncle Larry."
