Yiu-Tak Wong, also known as Patrick, passed away on September 11, 2015 at the age of 61. He is survived by his wife Cynthia and his children, Esther, Hannah, Katie, Michael, and Kyle.
He was an extraordinary man with much child-like wonder and excitement about the world. He always wanted to talk about the latest gadgets and cars, watch the newest blockbuster, and eat. He really, REALLY loved cooking and eating. There was no buffet he couldn't tackle. His greatest passion of all however, was his family and helping others. No matter the task or promise, if Yiu-Tak said he would do it, he would do it. Take his love for computers as an example. When he first laid eyes on a gigantic computer (this was the '60s after all), he promised himself he would learn everything he could about them. 30+ years later, he can proudly say, his entire professional career has been dedicated to computer programming. He had a big heart and an even bigger spirit. He was a protector, a guardian, a knight, and now an angel. His gentle nature, kindness, and generosity will never be forgotten and will continue to live on in his family and friends. He will be greatly missed.
