"When I worked as a dishwasher at the Uneeda Lunch, Joe took me into the dining area and removed the top of one of the pedestal seats. He told me that I could feel the "wind" coming out from the top of the pedestal. As soon as I reached my hand over that area Joe pushed my hand down onto the metal...leaving me with a large grease "circle" on my hand. He though it was great. There were many other surprises from Joe and his brothers during those short years...all of them fun. I learned to work hard, laugh a lot, and cook a decent meal. Thanks Joe. Antigo will miss you."
