"Mike...you were my best friend. We had sooo much fun over the years. Go Kart racing (whose going to challenge me now?) I will miss all the fun times we had together...playing pool, working, snowmobiling but most of all just hanging out drinking together till wee hours of the morning, laughing, listening to music and thinking about the trouble we could cause the next day. You were an amazing friend, we went through a lot of shit together, but no matter what happened, you had my back and I had yours. You were like a big brother to me and I will miss you forever. I'm so glad I had the chance to be a part of your life, I love you Big Mike. It hurts to say goodbye to you but you will be in my heart forever...I will never forget you."

"To Mike's Family~
I have known Mike for quite a few years. He was one of those guys you could always feel a connection with the moment you met him. I always thought of Mike a big brother. If I ever had a problem and needed someone to talk to he was always there to listen and offer his much needed advice. My heart breaks for you all as you go through this difficult time. I wish I could say something to take away the void and the sorrow you are now feeling but words can never take that away. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. I wish I could have had one last time to say hey or to tell him how much of an impact he had on my life. Mike will forever be loved and missed more than he could ever know!"
