Lacey Rose Cada, newborn daughter of Jon and Vickie (Speltz) Cada of Winona, died Tuesday, July 17, 2007, from complications of a congenital heart defect, at St. Mary's Hospital in Rochester, MN.
Lacey was born on Monday, July 16, 2007 at Methodist Hospital in Rochester, MN.
She is survived by her parents; big brother Colin; grandparents, Don and Rosie Speltz of Rollingstone, MN; Mike and Diane Cada of Winona, MN; and Tom and Sandee Burt of Winona, MN; aunts and uncles, Darlene and Roy Albrecht of Rochester, MN; Terry and Sheril Speltz of Lewiston, MN; Lisa Jonsgaard of Rollingstone, MN; Michelle and Jeff Kohner of Winona, MN; and Nicholas Burt of Winona, MN; and cousins, Randy, Lance, and Ryan Albrecht of Rochester, MN; Josh and Dylan Jonsgaard of Rollingstone, MN; and Jessica Kohner of Winona, MN.
Friends may call from 1-5:30PM on Sunday, July 22, 2007 at Hoff Funeral & Cremation Service - Hansen Goodview Chapel in Goodview, MN where there will be a prayer service held at 5:30PM. A private burial will be held at a later date.
