Rosemary Chin
April 12, 1939 - March 13, 2016

Rosemary Chin, 76, of Cooper City, Florida passed away peacefully at her home on March 13, 2016, surrounded by her loving family.

Born in St. Andrew, Jamaica on April 12, 1939, daughter of Edward and Mary (Chong) Yap. Raised and educated in Jamaica. Rosemary married Leo Chin in 1958 and together with their children migrated to the United States in 1977 settling in Hollywood, Florida, where she lived for many years. She loved her family and will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Survived by her loving children, Gregory (Daphne) Chin, Leonie (Dean) Chin-Duncan and Michele Chin. Adored grandmother of nine grandchildren, Karissa Chin-Duncan, Wayne Chin-Duncan, Bryston Duncan, A.J. (Milana) Chung, Colin Chung, Briana Chung, David Chung, Donald Michelin, Drew Chin and one great-granddaughter, Anja Chung. Dear sister of Ellena Lee, Grace Lowe and Gloria Lee. Rosemary was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 52 years, Leo Chin in 2010 and her daughter, Karen Chung in 2003, and brothers, Aston and Paul Yap.

Visitation on Friday, March 18th from 6-8 P.M. at Fred Hunters Hollywood Memorial Home, 6301 Taft Street Hollywood. Funeral, Saturday, March 19th at 2:00 P.M. at the funeral Home. Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.

Burial will follow at Hollywood Memorial Gardens Cemetery.
