Richard was born on October 18th, 1959 and passed away April 17th, 2016. He is survived by his loving family and Fiancé Laurie . There will be a viewing at Cascade Memorial in Bellevue April 22nd, 2016 from 12:00-1:00 and a Celebration of Life to follow at Staybridge Inn and Suites in Mukilteo, WA at 3:00 that afternoon.
