David Edward Harvey, 60, of Minnesota City, died Thursday, July 21, 2016 at Lake Winona Manor. David was born on December 12, 1955 in San Lorenzo, California. He resided in Winona but spent his time traveling the United States as an over the road truck driver. Hoff Celebration of Life Center, Goodview, is assisting with arrangements.
