Peter Alan Ripp
April 7, 1991 - August 14, 2016

WAUNAKEE - Peter Alan Ripp, age 25, passed away on Sunday August 14, 2016 as a result of an auto accident. Peter is survived by his parents Mark and Mary Ripp; 2 sisters Bridget (Fiancé Cody Gregson), Lindsey Ripp; his fiancé Chelsea Statz; his son Colt Ripp; paternal grandparents Roger (Helen) Ripp; very special neighbor grandma Joann Koster; and he is further survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives and many many friends.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents Peter (Marcella) Ripp.

"Hello Ripp family, My name is Gary Frederickson (Mr. Fred) and I had the pleasure of teaching both Bridget and Peter at Waunakee Middle School. When I heard the news about Peter, I was so saddened. I remember him as I am sure he always remained - a sweet, kind, and thoughtful boy. I was fortunate to have had the chance to work with him and Bridget. It was many years ago, but my instant recollection when I heard his name is a tribute to the fine young man he was. Sincerely, Gary Frederickson "

"So, so sad and I can't imagine how unbearable your sadness is, we now can only remember them growing up and the fun the boys all had on their teams and hope that all young people gain something from this tragic accident and how precious each life is. "We were so very sad to learn of Peter's tragic passing. We can only imagine what you are going through. Our memories are of our children at young age without a care in the world. Joey and Peter playing together as close neighbors and friends. And all of the fun and camaraderie the soccer games in those early years. And later in life when Peter moved into "the Koster house". Joey would go down to enjoy the companionship and do what young people do with their friends. Know that we will miss him and are sorry we cannot be there with you to honor and celebrate his wonderful life. Our thoughts and prayers are with you. Rick and Barb Simons "

"It is with a sad heart that I write. I remember having Peter as a student in sixth grade. He was such a kind, helpful, fun kiddo. I was out of town and just read about this tonight, but I will be thinking of and praying for you all as you go through these awful next few days, and the many that will follow. Lindsey, (and Mary) hugs to you...I also remember you in my class. Julie Miller (Ms. Bier)"

"Mark, Mary & Family, I only wish that I could be with you now. I will return in early September. Pleas accept my sincere condolences and know that you are in my prayers while I am away. At a time like this we question the decisions from our Lord. We don't have the answers but must retain our trust and faith in Christ who will deliver us from evil and death. May God Bless and I will see you soon. Deacon Todd and Colleen Martin"
