"A few years ago we all got together in Dallas and I met "Frino". I remember dapper Italian man with a twinkle in his eye, in the kitchen making his favorite Italian sausage, and worrying that he had enough fennel. And remembering how good that sausage was! I love sausage and this was the best. He was a master!"
