"Aunt Marie was my godmother. She saw me thru some hard years @ Med. School. Hadn't seen her since Mom died, but was so glad to see Dan @ Dad's funeral in June. Who knew she would join him this soon?? Sorry I can't take off for the funeral, but I know some of the brothers and sisters will come in my stead..... Dr. Susan Balke (godchild and niece)"
