Pamela Tarbox-Downs, 57, of Sarasota, FL, passed away on November 7, 2016. Pamela was born on March 30, 1959 in Summit, NJ to Richard & Lois Tarbox.
Pam had an extensive public services career and she was Vice President of Florida National Bank.
Her wishes will be carried out dusting her favorite places from the FL Keys to our cabin in Big Sky, Montana where she would sometimes summer by herself, she was a strong willed woman for life.
Pam is survived by her loving husband, Michael Downs; siblings, Scott Tarbox of Gainsville, FL and Leslie Novak of Venice FL.
