Donna M. Spellman of Sarasota Florida died 12/02/2016 at Sarasota Memorial Hospital. Donna was one of five children born to Jerry and Mary Costello, both deceased, of Chicago, Illinois.
Donna is survived by her son John Spellman of sarasota Fl, as well as four siblings. Her twin sister Debra Ruff of Bridgman Mi. Diane Decker of Sister Lakes Mi, Donald Costello of Covington, Ky, and Jerry Costello of St. Petersburg Fl., as well as many cousins, nieces and nephews in the greater Chicago area.
Donna is a graduate of Moraine Valley Community College in Palos Hills, illinois. She worked as a Registered Nurse in multiple critical care areas for over three decades. Working literally from coast to coast as a travel nurse for over 10 years.
