Tina Whitney of Sarasota, Fl., passed away very unexpectedly on Tuesday Dec 13, 2016.
She was born in Springfield, Mass., daughter of Carroll and Elizabeth Poole.
After graduation she married the love of her life David S. Whitney. They were married on Feb 14, 1975, soon after moved to Sarasota enjoying 41 fulfilling years together.
Predeceased by her parents; two brothers, Carl Thomas Poole and Douglas Arthur Poole.
Survived by husband David; sons Christopher Scott Whitney, Stephen Andrew Whitney and wife Paola Whitney, sister Laurie Poole Keating, brother Wayne Carroll Poole, Including numerous in-laws, nieces and nephews.
Tina was respected and loved by all who knew her and will be greatly missed.
There will be no publicly held service.
