Henry L. Cramer
March 21, 1934 - January 2, 2017

Henry L. Cramer, of Pickerel, died Monday, January 2, 2017 at Aspirus Wausau Hospital after a short illness. He was 82 years old. He was born on March 21, 1934 in Wauwatosa, a son of the late Theodore and Renotta (Zastrow) Cramer. He married Kaye Knaus on February 20, 1954 at Green Bay.

Henry was employed at the Thilmany Paper Mill in Kaukauna and the Outagamie County Highway Department retiring in 1996. He made a lot of friends along the way.

He was a loving husband and father. He enjoyed fishing and hunting. He also liked to smoke meats and roast pigs for the enjoyment of others.

Henry is survived by his wife of 62 years, Kaye Cramer of Pickerel; five children, Daniel of Pickerel, Randy (Kim) of Appleton, Vicky (Jack) Frost of Edgar, Bonnie Fink of Menasha and Dean of Pickerel; 13 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Shirley (Jerry) Rabitski of Green Bay.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a sister, a brother and two daughters.

A memorial service will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. at St. John Lutheran Church, Pickerel with Rev. Michael Mathey officiating. Visitation will be Friday at the church from 10 a.m. until the time of service.
