"I only met Constance but once. It was at a thanksgiving family reunion, really. To me, it seemed, he was a strong man, a good man. A man who had lived a full life and found peace in it. I hadn't known him before I was there, at his table, eating a turkey so wonderfully prepared by his wife, whom he so deeply loved. At this table was a family so diverse, many seeing each other for the first time in years. He loved all of them, and they all loved him. He received a respect and revere from each one of those family members unlike I had ever seen. There was a blessed prayer, one which I won't soon forget. I will never forget this day he welcomed a stranger into his home, to be amongst his beautiful family. This man had a large heart that he gave to each one of you without entitlements. So do not forget that heart of his is still within your blood. He loves you still. A great man. With much love and respect, a mere passerby. "
