Bobbie Susalla
December 9, 1957 - March 22, 2017

Bobbie Susalla, of Antigo, died Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at home under the care of LeRoyer Hospice. She was 59 years old. She was born on December 2, 1957 in Milwaukee, a daughter of Roy and Beverly (Hein) Gencks. She married Mark Susalla on December 9, 1978 in Milwaukee. He survives.

She was raised in Milwaukee and graduated from Custer High School with the class of 1976. Bobbie and her family moved to Antigo in 1989 where she began a career as a teachers aide. She was employed by the Unified School District of Antigo as a substitute aide in the middle school and at Pleasantview grade school. She worked full time as an aide in the Elcho School District for five years.

She was a member of the Antigo Junior Women's Club for 25 years and was involved in putting on their annual craft fair.

Survivors including her husband are a son, Joe Susalla, Antigo; two sisters, Ruth Gencks, Milwaukee, Renee (Andy) Thimm, Milwaukee; a brother, Richard Gencks, Indiana; four grandchildren Harley and Mariyah Susalla, Klayton Williams, Autumn Sky.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a son, Jeremy Susalla, and one grandchild.

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday March 29, 2017 at 1:30 p.m. at Bradley Funeral Home.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 12:30 p.m. until the time of services at the funeral home.
