Yussuph Abdul Ahmad Ishmael age 89 of Pembroke Pines, Florida passed away April 11, 2017 at Kindred Hospital of South Florida Hollywood.
He was born May 11, 1927 in Essequibo, Guyana. Yussuph moved to South Florida in 2000 and was a member of American Philatelic Society (stamp club) and Jamaat Ul Muttaqeen Mosque of Pembroke Pines.
He is survived by his wife of 59 years Nazroon Ishmael; children, Wakeela Ishmael of London, Wazir Ishmael of Miramar, Wahid Ishmael of Miramar, Wali Ishmael of Pembroke Pines, Wafeeza Ross of Essex United Kingdom and Warif Ishmael of Miramar; 4 grandchildren.
Preceded in death by his parents; son Hassan; brother Hamid.
The family will receive friends Thursday, April 13, 2017 from 12:00 noon to 1:00pm at Fred Hunter Funeral Home 6301 Taft Street, Hollywood Florida 33024 with funeral service to follow at Darul Uloom Mosque 7050 Pines Blvd. Pembroke Pines, Florida 33024. Burial Hollywood Memorial Gardens North 3001 North 72nd Avenue Hollywood, Florida 33024.
